Organisations make decisions.
People live with the consequences.
A new procedure is not being used. A safety rule is skipped. Or an important decision divides a team. Before introducing another measure, it helps to understand what is going on.

Ways to work together
Three kinds of work
Some questions concern a decision, others change or collaboration. We discuss what kind of work would fit.
An independent review of one decision, delivered as a clear written Decision Brief.
02 · Change that is not taking holdBehaviour & ChangeBehavioural and contextual analysis, a focused intervention and practical follow-up.
03 · People and collaborationLeadership & Human DynamicsLeadership, coaching, communication and teamwork with an agreed goal.
What a decision changes
A decision often changes more than a procedure. It can affect workload, safety and the room people have to do their jobs well.
That is why we look at what happens in everyday work. Sometimes the plan needs to change; sometimes the problem lies in how it is carried out.
The questions we investigate
What information helps?
Research, organisational information, professional experience and what people involved can tell us each add something. They do not always agree. We examine which explanation best fits the situation and what is still uncertain.
Expertise
Seven areas of expertise
Behaviour change, safety, coaching, emotion regulation, change management, leadership and communication often overlap in practice. You can explore each area separately.
Why behaviour stays the same even when everyone understands the intention.
02SafetyUnderstanding risk without reducing people to their last mistake.
03CoachingHelping people think and act more independently.
04Emotion regulationUnderstanding fear and anger as meaningful signals, not mere obstacles.
05Change managementWhen resistance explains something, and when it tells us to look deeper.
06LeadershipConsidering behaviour, authority and lived experience together.
07CommunicationWhat was understood matters as much as what was said.
